optimal insulation properties of the transformer oils by rigid
control over moisture, dissolved gas and particulate contamination.

FACTOR. Conditioning saves the cost of using new oil frequently and

being subject to contamination in Transport Containers and liable to
absorb unacceptable contaminants and moisture.
